SITE SUPERVISOR

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant construction/site experience. Fresh graduates with relevant site experience may also be considered.
• Basic knowledge of construction methods, site activities, and reading technical drawings.
• Good communication, coordination and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work at construction sites and on Saturdays when required.
• Responsible, proactive and able to work independently.
• Willing to learn and develop technical knowledge.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at site.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and project schedule.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, suppliers and project team.
• Attend Daily Toolbox Meeting (TBM) at 7.45 am [ Compulsory ]
• Monitor site progress and report any delays, issues, or discrepancies to the Project Engineer/Project Manager.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and proper workmanship.
• Assist in coordinating materials, manpower and equipment required for site activities.
• Ensure site activities comply with safety requirements and company procedures.
• Assist in resolving site issues and coordinating corrective actions.
• Maintain proper site records, progress reports, and relevant documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
