Site Supervisor

we are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Service & Sales Manager to lead our after-sales service operations while also driving sales growth through client relationships and service excellence. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems with proven skills in customer engagement, sales, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities Service Management

• Oversee and manage after-sales service operations for HVAC systems, ensuring quick response and high customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement preventive and annual maintenance contracts (AMCs).
• Monitor service team performance, allocate resources, and ensure compliance with

safety and quality standards.

• Resolve escalated technical/service issues effectively.
• Maintain service records, warranties, and customer history for continuous

improvement.

Sales Management

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for AMCs, retrofitting, and spare parts sales.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
• Collaborate with design and project teams to provide technical support during sales

cycles.

• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial offers for service-related

sales.

• Achieve defined revenue targets through a mix of service contracts and new system

sales.

General Leadership

• Train, guide, and motivate service engineers and sales staff to achieve performance goals.
• Monitor KPIs for both service and sales, and submit regular reports to management.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer expectations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
