Site Supervisor

We are looking for an Interior Site Supervisor with experience in interior fit-out, site supervision, and construction execution. The ideal candidate should be able to read and understand technical drawings, coordinate site activities, supervise workers and subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and timelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Civil Drafting, Architecture, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in interior fit-out, construction, or site supervision.
• Candidates with backgrounds as Interior Designer, Civil Engineer, Civil Draughtsman/Draftsman, or Site Supervisor are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily interior fit-out and construction site activities.
• Read and interpret architectural, interior, civil, MEP, and technical drawings.
• Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients.
• Monitor site progress, workmanship, materials, and project schedules.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Identify and resolve site issues, technical problems, and coordination conflicts.
• Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions before execution.
• Coordinate material requirements and deliveries with suppliers and the project team.
• Prepare and communicate daily site updates and progress reports.
• Coordinate with the design and project management teams regarding drawing revisions and site requirements.
• Maintain proper quality, safety, and housekeeping standards at the site.

Preferred

• UAE construction or interior fit-out experience.
• Experience working on commercial, residential, retail, hospitality, exhibition, or office fit-out projects.

• Even though would not restrict the qualification to only one profession.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a hands-on, responsible, and technically capable site professional who can manage day-to-day site activities, coordinate multiple teams, understand drawings, and ensure smooth execution of interior fit-out works.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
