Site Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and ensure work is completed according to the assigned schedule.
• Allocate tasks to workers and monitor their daily performance.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Maintain daily attendance, shift records, production reports, and work progress reports.
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with the Manager, HR, Purchase, Maintenance, and other departments.
• Identify operational issues and take corrective action.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline at the workplace.
• Report daily activities, work progress, and operational issues to the reporting manager.
• Monitor material availability and avoid unnecessary wastage.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned work.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
