Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

Responsible for supervising daily site operations, supporting the sales team, managing client visits, and ensuring smooth coordination between the project site, sales team, and head office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily activities at the property/project sales site.
• Coordinate and monitor the sales team and ensure proper site coverage.
• Manage and facilitate client visits, site tours, and property viewings.
• Ensure the site is presentable, organized, and ready for client meetings.
• Maintain records of daily visitors, leads, bookings, and site activities.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers and Head Office regarding sales and client requirements.
• Support sales staff with project details, pricing, availability, and documentation.
• Follow up on site-generated leads and assist in converting prospects into bookings.
• Ensure proper display of project brochures, banners, price lists, and promotional material.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and discipline of site staff.
• Prepare daily/weekly site activity and sales reports.
• Address basic client queries and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and management instructions.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in real estate/property sales or a similar site-based role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of property sales processes and client handling.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate a sales team.
• Good reporting and organizational skills.
