Site Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at our Bukit Kapar, Klang project. You will coordinate site activities, enforce quality and safety standards, manage subcontractors, and ensure project milestones are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities, coordinating labor, machinery, and material deliveries to keep work on schedule
• Monitor workmanship against approved architectural/engineering drawings, project specifications, and work schedules; conduct routine quality inspections
• Enforce site safety regulations, conduct daily toolbox briefings, perform safety inspections, and maintain a zero-incident culture
• Supervise multiple trades, resolve on-site coordination clashes, and liaise closely with the Project Manager, consultants, and subcontractors
• Prepare daily site progress reports, labor timesheets, material tracking logs, and report any site delays or discrepancies promptly
• Monitor material usage to prevent wastage, damage, or theft on site
• Guide, mentor, and maintain discipline among site workers and trade contractors

About you

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience on building or infrastructure construction sites
• Proficient in reading and interpreting structural, architectural, and M&E drawings
• In-depth knowledge of Malaysian construction methods, OSHA regulations, and quality standards
• Valid CIDB Green Card is required
• OSHA / Safety Site Supervisor (SSS) certification or relevant diploma in Civil Engineering/Construction Management is a strong advantage
• Strong on-site problem-solving skills, firm leadership, and clear verbal communication across diverse subcontractor teams
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel) or site reporting applications
