Site Supervisor

• Supervise daily site activities and monitor work progress according to schedule.
• Liaise and coordinate with clients and subcontractors on work schedules and resolve issues that may cause delays.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the superior.
• Ensure work quality, site safety, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is carried out according to requirements.
• Coordinate and ensure materials are delivered to the designated site locations.
• Identify and report any site issues, delays, or concerns to the superior.
• Perform other duties and ad hoc assignments as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in site supervision or a related field.
• Able to work independently and willing to learn.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites.
