JOB OVERVIEW

Talati & Partners LLP is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to manage and supervise day-to-day site execution activities for high-end residential projects.

The role involves supervising contractors and labour, coordinating with architects and consultants, monitoring quality and progress, and ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings and project requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Site Execution & Supervision

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction and finishing activities at site.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Monitor masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring and finishing works.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution-related issues.
• Monitor manpower and ensure proper utilisation of labour at site.

Drawing & Coordination

• Read and understand architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants and contractors for site requirements.
• Ensure proper implementation of approved drawings and details at site.
• Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.

Quality Control

• Monitor quality of materials and workmanship.
• Ensure construction and finishing standards are maintained.
• Identify defects and coordinate corrective actions.
• Check work at different stages of execution.

Contractor & Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors and suppliers.
• Monitor work progress and productivity.
• Coordinate material requirements and deliveries.
• Ensure assigned works are completed within the required timelines.

Site Monitoring & Reporting

• Monitor daily site progress and project schedules.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress updates.
• Verify measurements and quantities of completed works.
• Maintain necessary site records and documentation.
• Report delays, technical issues and site requirements to the management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil construction and site execution.
• Experience in high-end residential, luxury residential, villas, bungalows or premium projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction and finishing works.
• Good understanding of architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
• Strong contractor and site supervision skills.
