Site Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines. The ideal candidate will coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out as per project plans and specifications.

• Monitor manpower, materials, machinery, and subcontractor performance.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.

• Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, clients, and vendors for smooth project execution.

• Track project progress and report daily work status to the management.

• Inspect ongoing work and resolve site-related issues promptly.

• Verify measurements and maintain accurate site records and documentation.

• Ensure timely availability of materials and resources required for project execution.

• Monitor productivity and ensure projects are completed within the planned schedule.

• Maintain housekeeping and promote a safe working environment at the project site.

  Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• Relevant certification in construction/site supervision is an added advantage.

• 3-8 years of experience in construction site supervision.

• Experience in commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

• Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
