Site Supervisor

setec tpi is looking to expand our team with a Site Supervisor for one of our major infrastructure development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all day-to-day executed works on site
• Monitor the construction works and their compliance with the approved designs and the National specifications defined in the contract between the Execution Body and the Contractor
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards
• Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with the project specifications and to the highest quality standards
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues
• Promptly addressing any on-site issues, conflicts, or disruptions
• Issue Monitoring Reports, Non-Conformance Notices
• Review and follow-up the relevant non-conformities derived from the in-situ inspection
• Attend construction weekly meetings with all relevant parties if requested
• Reviews technical documents (WMS, ITP, MAR) by the Contractor
• Contribute to the quarterly progress report

Professional experience & qualifications:

• University Degree in Engineering.
• 3-10 of experience as a Site Engineer, preferably in Infra projects
• Familiarity with Greek construction standards, and best practices
• Strong skills in reporting
• Full working proficiency in English
