Site Supervisor

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.
• Interpret and execute work based on approved architectural, structural, and civil drawings.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, architects, and project managers.
• Ensure proper utilization of construction materials, manpower, and equipment.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and site-related problems.
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements at the site.
• Maintain proper documentation, inspection records, and site reports.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Relevant experience in construction/site supervision is preferred.
• Good knowledge of civil construction methods and practices.
• Ability to read and understand structural and architectural drawings.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office/Excel.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage site activities effectively.

Pay: ₹18,000.30 - ₹30,000.00 per month
