Site Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily interior fit-out activities and ensure work is completed according to drawings, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities and fit-out works.
• Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and project engineers.
• Monitor work progress, quality, and site safety.
• Ensure works are carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Manage manpower and allocate daily work tasks.
• Check materials and ensure proper usage at site.
• Coordinate with site management regarding site requirements and issues.
• Prepare daily progress updates and report site issues to the Project Manager.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned works.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE/GCC experience in interior fit-out projects.
• Good knowledge of joinery, gypsum, ceiling, flooring, painting, and other fit-out works.
• Ability to read and understand drawings.
• Strong site coordination and manpower management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: AED21.44 - AED63.01 per month
