Site Supervisor

• Provide on-site support to aluminum formwork installation teams during erection and dismantling activities.
• Able to interpret and understand installation drawings and 3D technical drawings.
• Identify and report any formwork-related issues to supervisors, including quality defects, required rectification, repairs, or improper installation practices.
• Manage on-site unloading activities and coordinate formwork return and recycling processes.
• Prepare daily site work reports and ensure all site access records and related documentation are properly collected for internal filing.
• Verify the accuracy of accessories and materials received on-site and provide proper receiving confirmation.
• Monitor on-site work progress to ensure subcontractors follow approved work procedures and comply with safety requirements.
• Ensure proper storage, protection, and security of materials and equipment at the site.
• Supervise subcontractors to ensure work quality meets operational standards and guidelines.
• Familiar with the safe operation of basic construction tools such as hammers, electric drills, and basic welding equipment.
• Carry out ad-hoc or temporary duties as assigned by management.
• Willing and able to be reassigned and travel to project sites in other states when required.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
