Site Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day activities at the property development site.
• Monitor construction work, labourers, and contractors.
• Ensure work quality and timely completion.
• Manage material requirements and maintain site records.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors.
• Share daily progress updates and photographs with management.
• Report site issues, delays, and additional requirements promptly.
• Ensure proper use of materials and maintain site safety.

Requirements:

• Good coordination and management skills.
• Willingness to work at the Guhagar site.
