Site Supervisor

Contract Period: 18 Jan 2027 to 18 Jan 2030 (36 months)

Working hours:
Monday to Friday – 8.30am to 6.00pm (Exclude Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday)

Scope of Services:

1. To obtain the renovation details from SO Rep, study on the details of the demolition work that approved by HDB and the conditions of approval.

2. To made arrangement with the Renovation Contractor (RC) for onsite post renovation inspection and confirm with them on the approved hacking period. (RC is given 3 days for the hacking work by HDB Branch Office)

3. To plan and schedule the post renovation demolition’s works to be inspected on the 3rd days of the hacking period but not later than

working days after the end of hacking period.

4. To take sufficient photos (far view, close up view etc) to show that the renovation works are carried out according to the location and dimension of the approved plan

5. If the demolition works is not carried out according to the approved plan, BI has to immediately inform SO Rep on the details of the non-compliance with photos

6. After he inspection, BI has to complete the report according to the agreed format and the report must be submitted before 6 pm on the same day

7. To submit weekly report on the numbers of units inspected and numbers of non-compliance with approved plan to HDB before end of the week. To submit monthly report on the numbers of units inspected and numbers of noncompliance with approved plan to HDB not later than 7th of the subsequent month

8. BI is to inspect the post renovation demolition work strictly according to the approved plan.

9. Any deviation from the approved plan, RC has to re-submit to HDB for approval. BI is not allowed to entertain any changes to the approved plan by RC.

Qualification, Skill & Experience:
i) A Diploma certificate in Civil/structural

ii) At least 3 years relevant working experience in supervision of building projects.

iii) Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
