Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure work quality, and maintain a safe, efficient job site. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and skilled at coordinating teams and resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day site activities and workforce
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project managers
• Monitor progress and report updates, issues, and delays
• Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control
• Manage materials, equipment, and inventory
• Resolve on‑site problems quickly and effectively
• Maintain accurate documentation and daily logs

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
