Site Supervisor

As a Site Supervisor at En-decor Interiors Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for:

• Supervising day-to-day interior fit-out and execution activities at project sites.
• Coordinating with clients, designers, vendors, contractors, and skilled labor to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitoring work quality and ensuring adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
• Planning daily work schedules and allocating manpower efficiently.
• Ensuring projects are completed within the stipulated timelines and quality standards.
• Maintaining site documentation, progress reports, and material consumption records.
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Reporting project progress and site issues to the Project Manager on a regular basis.

Key Performance Targets

• Complete assigned projects within the committed timeline.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship with minimal rework.
• Ensure effective utilization of materials and labor.
