Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to support the sales and project team by following up on leads, visiting customer sites, assessing site requirements, and coordinating with the concerned team to ensure smooth progress from lead generation to project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with assigned leads and coordinate with customers.
• Visit customer sites to understand and assess their requirements.
• Collect necessary site details, measurements, photographs, and other information required for preparing quotations.
• Coordinate with the sales team regarding site visit findings and customer requirements.
• Explain basic information about solar systems and project requirements to customers.
• Identify suitable locations and requirements for solar panel installation.
• Coordinate with customers to schedule site visits and follow-ups..
• Report site visit details and lead updates to the concerned Sales Manager/Reporting Manager.
• Coordinate with the technical and installation team whenever technical clarification or site-related information is required.
• Maintain proper records of customer visits, lead status, and follow-up activities.
• Travel to customer locations and project sites as required.
• Perform other sales and site coordination activities assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma / ITI / technical qualification preferred.
• Prior experience in solar, electrical, construction, or related fields will be an advantage.
• Basic understanding of solar power systems is preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to conduct site visits and collect accurate site information.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Ability to work independently and meet follow-up schedules.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
