Site Supervisor

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities at our Alambagh, Lucknow project. The candidate will be responsible for supervising manpower, coordinating site execution, monitoring work progress, and ensuring that work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.
• Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ and project requirements.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Manager, contractors, labourers, and other site staff.
• Monitor daily manpower deployment and ensure proper utilization of labour.
• Allocate work to labour and monitor productivity and progress.
• Maintain daily records of manpower, work progress, material consumption and site activities.
• Coordinate with the store/material team for timely availability of required materials.
• Check the quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
• Ensure proper measurements of completed work and coordinate with the concerned engineer for measurement records.
• Identify and report any site issues, delays, material shortages, or execution-related concerns to the reporting manager.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline at the worksite.
• Follow and implement HSE/Safety guidelines and ensure workers use required PPE.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and labour contractors for smooth execution.
• Monitor work against the planned schedule and support timely completion of activities.
• Take site photographs and provide regular updates to the reporting authority.
• Maintain proper documentation and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR) as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and instructions issued by management.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
