Site Supervisor

Internship and fresh graduate are welcomed to apply.

Requirement: SPM/ Diploma/ Degree

Responsibilities:

1. To support the development of the leadership, both on-site and back in offices.
2. Monitor and supervise roll-on-site works and any other construction-related activities.
3. Coordinate sub-contractors and resources, including workers and machinery on site.
4. To ensure delivered construction materials are of specified requirements.
5. Prepare daily site reports, take site progress pictures, check and take site measurements.
6. Minimise material and manpower wastage.
7. Handle labour and supplier disputes
8. You may need to follow and complete the activities and duties directed by the Project Manager.

Requirements:

1. Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin is required.
2. Strong technical knowledge and capability to solve technical and site issues.
3. Check daily attendance of workers for late arrival, absence, false claim, etc
4. Attend site meetings with site agent & sub-contractors
5. Strong communication skills
6. Must be willing to work in Johor Bahru,Johor.
