Job Description

• Manage and supervise daily construction site operations.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor construction progress, quality and workmanship.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment and site resources.
• Ensure works are carried out according to project schedules, drawings and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve site issues.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and workers.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health requirements.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress.
• Maintain site records, reports and relevant documentation.
• Coordinate with various parties to ensure smooth project execution.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Local candidates only – Singapore Citizens / Singapore PRs.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction site experience preferred.
• Experience in building construction and/or structural steel works is an advantage.
• Education qualification is not required, provided the candidate has strong relevant experience.
• Must be able to speak and communicate in Chinese/Mandarin.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings.
• Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Able to manage workers, subcontractors and daily site activities independently.
• Relevant construction qualifications are an advantage but not mandatory.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
