What they need
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities.
- Monitor work progress, manpower, and subcontractors.
- Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor site safety, quality, and housekeeping.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and relevant parties.
- Identify and resolve site issues promptly.
- Prepare daily site reports and progress updates.
Job Requirements
CIDB Construction Site Supervisor Certification (CCS) is preferred.
Chargeman A4 Certificate is an advantage.
Candidates with other relevant electrical, engineering, technical, or construction certifications are encouraged to apply.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant site supervision experience.
Good knowledge of site operations, safety requirements, and construction procedures.
Able to supervise workers and subcontractors effectively.
Able to coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and project teams.
Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
Willing to work at Banting & Rawang, Selangor.
