Job Description

We are looking for a Site Supervisor with hands-on experience in commercial/corporate office interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, monitoring work progress, and ensuring timely and quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day commercial interior fit-out activities at project sites.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed according to project timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, project teams, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure quality standards and proper execution of interior works.
• Monitor site readiness and resolve day-to-day execution issues.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with contractors and vendors.
• Support the project team in ensuring smooth and timely project completion.
• Ensure adherence to site safety and quality requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant site supervision/site execution experience.
• Experience in commercial interiors, corporate office spaces, coworking spaces, managed office spaces, or interior fit-out projects.
• Candidates with primarily residential or hospitality project experience will not be preferred.
• Good knowledge of site execution and interior fit-out work.
• Strong vendor and contractor coordination skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive and responsible approach towards site activities.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 15-day notice period preferred.
