Site Supervisor

About the role

We are a professional prestressing specialist contractor delivering innovative design and construction solutions for bridges, elevated viaducts, high-rise buildings, and special structures. You will oversee daily site operations for post-tensioning and structural construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring work progresses as planned
• Monitor post-tensioning works to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings and quality standards
• Enforce site safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage workers, assign tasks and ensure productivity on-site
• Maintain site records, document daily progress and report to the Project Engineer or Project Manager
• Identify on-site issues and escalate them for timely resolution
• Communicate with main contractor, sub-contractors, general workers and other relevant parties as needed
• Carry out other job assignments as and when required by the immediate project manager or project engineer

About you

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction projects
• Possess at least SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Engineering (Civil) qualification or equivalent
• Possess own transport
• Willing to relocate based on project/site requirement
