Location: Alibag / Project Sites
Role Summary
Responsible for supervising daily site activities and ensuring work is executed as per quality standards, drawings, and timelines under the guidance of engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities on site
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and instructions
- Manage and guide labour and contractors on site
- Monitor material usage and prevent wastage
- Ensure quality of work, especially basic finishing activities
- Maintain site discipline, safety, and cleanliness
- Report daily progress to site engineers
- Identify on-site issues and escalate when required
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma or relevant experience in construction
- 3–10 years of site supervision experience
- Experience in residential projects preferred
Skills
- Strong practical knowledge of site work
- Labour handling and supervision skills
- Attention to quality and workmanship
- Basic understanding of drawings and execution
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
