Site Supervisor

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out as per instructions from the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, subcontractors, drivers, operators, and other site personnel.
• Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed within the scheduled timeline.
• Ensure the availability and proper use of materials, tools, equipment, and manpower.
• Maintain daily site records, attendance, work progress reports, and other required documentation.
• Report any delays, operational issues, or site requirements to the concerned department.

· Monitor concrete pouring, placement, and related activities at the site.

· Coordinate with pump operators, concrete truck drivers, and site workers to avoid unnecessary delays.

· Report concrete quality concerns, rejected loads, delays, or customer complaints immediately to the concerned department.

• Ensure all workers comply with company safety rules and site-specific safety requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify unsafe conditions and practices.
• Ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Ensure safe working practices during concrete pouring, equipment operation, and material handling.
• Report accidents, near misses, unsafe acts, and hazardous conditions to management immediately.
• Ensure work is performed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Ensure that any quality issues are reported and corrective action is taken promptly.
• Maintain proper records of inspections and quality-related activities.
• Allocate daily tasks to workers and monitor their performance.
• Ensure manpower is utilized efficiently and productively.
• Monitor the condition and proper use of equipment, tools, and machinery.
• Report equipment breakdowns, maintenance requirements, and shortages to the concerned department.
• Ensure company property and equipment are handled responsibly.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
