Site Supervisor – Interior Fit-Out

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing interior fit-out team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supervising site activities, coordinating with subcontractors and workers, and ensuring quality execution of interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, workers, and site engineers.
• Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion as per project schedules.
• Ensure quality standards and approved materials are maintained.
• Read and interpret shop drawings and technical drawings.
• Monitor manpower, material requirements, deliveries, and site activities.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve day-to-day site issues.
• Prepare daily site progress reports and update the project team.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and site regulations.
• Coordinate with the project team to achieve project targets and deadlines.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out or construction projects.
• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in residential and/or commercial fit-out projects.
• Good knowledge of interior finishing works, materials, and construction methods.
• Ability to read and understand shop drawings.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage workers and multiple site activities.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Diploma or relevant qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
