Site Supervisor

Job Overview

Restorations Florida, LLC is seeking a dependable, experienced Roofing Site Supervisor to oversee residential roofing projects, coordinate crews, monitor workmanship, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong roofing background who can manage job-site activities, hold crews accountable, solve problems independently, and keep projects moving forward.

Travel is a mandatory requirement for this position. The successful candidate must be willing and able to travel to various job sites as needed, including overnight travel when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily roofing operations and coordinate roofing crews and subcontractors.
• Monitor job progress, productivity, workmanship, and overall project quality.
• Ensure roofing installations meet manufacturer specifications, applicable building codes, and company standards.
• Conduct job-site inspections and identify deficiencies requiring correction.
• Coordinate materials, deliveries, equipment, and crew scheduling.
• Communicate project updates, delays, and concerns to management.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites.
• Address job-site challenges promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with production management to help ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Travel to assigned job sites to oversee work and verify completion.

Qualifications

• Previous residential roofing experience required.
• Prior roofing supervision, crew leadership, or production experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of roofing installation methods, materials, and quality-control procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly, including overnight stays as needed.
• Ability to work outdoors and walk active construction sites.
• Reliable, accountable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship.
