Site Supervisor

ZAD – Zubair Architectural Design is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to join our team in Thalassery, Kerala.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise daily construction and site activities.

* Monitor work progress and ensure project schedules are followed.

* Coordinate with workers, contractors, engineers, and office staff.

* Ensure construction work follows approved drawings and specifications.

* Check the quality of materials and workmanship.

* Prepare daily site progress reports and update site photographs.

* Ensure safety standards and proper use of materials at the site.

* Report site issues and progress updates to the management.

Requirements:

* Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.

* Experience in construction site supervision is an advantage.

* Ability to read and understand construction drawings.

* Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

* Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
