The Opportunity

An established specialist contractor is looking for experienced Groundworks & Civils Supervisors to deliver building groundworks across Milton Keynes, Luton, Surrey and other UK locations.

You'll run smaller packages independently or work alongside Site Managers on larger schemes.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 07:30–17:00, with occasional weekend work at enhanced rates (premium and eligibility TBC).

What You'll Be Doing

• Supervising foundations, drainage, concrete works and external works.
• Leading groundworks gangs, operatives and subcontractors.
• Coordinating labour, plant, materials and daily site activities.
• Maintaining safety, quality, productivity and programme standards.
• Managing smaller packages independently or supporting larger site teams.

What We're Looking For

✅ 5+ years' groundworks supervisory experience.

✅ SSSTS or SMSTS qualification.

✅ Valid CSCS card.

✅ Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.

• Strong practical building groundworks knowledge.
• Confident managing people, subcontractors and site delivery.
• Flexible to travel and stay away when projects require it.

Desirable Experience

Foundations, drainage, concrete slabs, external works, enabling works or modular construction projects.
