Site Supervisor

Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at project sites. The role involves managing on-site activities, ensuring work is completed on time, maintaining quality standards, and enforcing safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and ensure work is executed as per approved plans and timelines
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams for smooth workflow
• Monitor project progress and report updates to management
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies
• Inspect work quality and ensure standards are maintained
• Manage material usage and inventory at site
• Resolve on-site issues and escalate when necessary
• Maintain proper documentation (daily reports, attendance, site logs, etc.)
• Ensure timely completion of tasks within budget constraints

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in site supervision (construction/interiors preferred)
• Strong understanding of construction processes and safety standards
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Basic knowledge of drawings, layouts, and project planning
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
