About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our construction team in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects. As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position is pivotal to our operational success and directly impacts project outcomes and team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all site activities, ensuring work progresses according to project schedules and specifications
• Monitor site safety compliance and ensure all workers adhere to health and safety regulations and protocols
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings to maintain awareness of hazards and best practices
• Manage and allocate resources, including labour, equipment, and materials, to optimise site efficiency
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure all work meets contract specifications and industry standards
• Liaise with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to maintain effective communication and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, timesheets, and safety documentation
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
• Respond to on-site incidents and coordinate corrective actions as needed
• Mentor and train site staff to support their professional development and performance
