Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities, ensuring work progresses according to project plans and schedules
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate seamless operations
• Monitor safety protocols rigorously to maintain a secure work environment for all personnel
• Utilize Primavera P6 to develop, update, and track project schedules and timelines
• Manage on-site teams by providing clear instructions, guidance, and support to ensure high performance
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality standards and adherence to specifications
• Address and resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize delays and disruptions

Skills

• Proven Joinery background & management experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively
• Supervising experience in construction or industrial environments is highly preferred
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar project scheduling software is essential
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining safety standards
