Site Supervisor

Company: LOYALTY HOMES (M) SDN. BHD.
Location: JBCC Project, Johor (with potential reassignment to other projects)
Employment Type: 1-Year Contract
Salary: RM2,800 – RM3,800 per month

Job Description

• Supervise daily construction work at the project site.
• Ensure work follows construction drawings and project schedules.
• Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and project managers.
• Check work quality and site safety.
• Monitor project progress and report updates to management.
• Manage site workers, materials and equipment.
• Report site problems and delays to management.
• Keep the site clean, organised and safe.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• A certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field is an advantage.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in construction or renovation.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings.
• Good knowledge of construction work and site safety.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage workers.
• Willing to travel to different project sites.
• Must have own transport.

Priority will be given to candidates who can start work immediately.

Contract Duration

• The contract is for 1 year.
• After the current project is completed, the employee may be assigned to another company project based on business needs.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
