SITE SUPERVISOR

About the Role

Burawy Construction: We are an established Civil, Structural & Renewable Energy Subcontractor specializing in C&I (Commercial & Industrial) Solar, Solar Farm PV installation, Earthworks, Infrastructure, and Structural Construction.

We are expanding our project operations and seeking energetic, reliable, and hands-on professionals to join our site operations team as either a Site C&S Engineer or Site Supervisor.

Job Description

• Manage day-to-day site installation, construction activities, and subcontractor manpower to ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, and up to quality standards.

• Supervise site civil works including Earthworks, Infrastructure, Structural Building, and PV Module/Mounting Structure Installations.

• Coordinate daily site progress, material deliveries, and logistics on-site.

• Enforce site safety rules, QA/QC standards, and regulatory compliance.

• Must be willing to travel and be outstation-based at various project sites across Malaysia based on project assignments.- Oversee site labor teams and sub-contractors on-ground to execute structural, civil, and PV mounting works according to daily schedules.

• Monitor daily work output, resolve immediate site execution issues, and report progress to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.

• Conduct toolbox meetings, inspect delivered materials, and prevent material wastage on site.

Job Requirements

Educational & Professional Background:

• For Site C&S Engineer: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.

• For Site Supervisor: SPM, Certificate, Diploma in Building/Construction, or minimum 3 years of direct site supervision experience.

Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Earthworks, Civil Infrastructure, Structural Construction, or Solar PV (C&I / Ground-mounted Solar Farm) projects.

• Ability to read and interpret Civil, Structural, and Architectural construction drawings.

• Familiarity with AutoCAD or site measurement tools (advantageous for Engineers).

• Good practical problem-solving skills and capability to manage sub-contractor teams under tight project timelines.

Other Mandatory Requirements:

• Mobility: Possess a valid driving license (Class D) and own transportation.

• Certifications: Valid CIDB Green Card is required.

• Must be 100% willing and able to be deployed and based outstation at project sites for the full project cycle.

Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary: As mentioned (Commensurate with position, experience, and technical capabilities).

Important Note for Applicants：

Outstation Requirement: This position requires 100% stationing/basing at various outstation project sites across Malaysia (including East & West Malaysia) for the duration of the assigned projects. Candidates who are unable to relocate or be based at outstation project sites are advised not to apply.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
