Site Supervisor

About the role

Supervise and coordinate daily site construction activities for infrastructure and bridge works. Monitor site progress, workmanship, quality and safety compliance. Coordinate subcontractors, workers, machinery and materials to ensure smooth site operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site construction activities for infrastructure and bridge works
• Monitor site progress, workmanship, quality and safety compliance
• Coordinate subcontractors, workers, machinery and materials to ensure smooth site operations
• Ensure construction works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and work programmes
• Liaise with site engineers, consultants and other relevant parties
• Prepare daily site reports and monitor construction progress
• Identify and resolve site issues to minimise delays

About you

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in civil engineering construction
• Able to read and understand construction drawings
• Good site coordination, supervision and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and manage site workers and subcontractors
• Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites
• Experience in bridge construction, structural works, roadworks or infrastructure projects is preferred
• Certificate/Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant construction experience is an advantage
