Site Supervisor

Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and hands-on Site Supervisor – Civil with at least 2 years of experience andpractical knowledge of major civil construction activities. The candidate will supervise day-to-day site work, coordinatewith contractors and workers, monitor quality and progress, and ensure work is completed safely as per drawings,specifications, and timelines.Key Responsibilities Supervise daily civil construction activities, including masonry, plastering, concreting, flooring, tiling, painting, andfinishing work. Read and understand civil drawings, layouts, measurements, and basic technical specifications. Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per the approved schedule and quality standards. Coordinate with contractors, labourers, vendors, and engineers for smooth execution of work. Check materials received at site and monitor material usage to reduce wastage. Take site measurements, maintain daily progress reports, and update seniors on work status. Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, PPE, and compliance with site safety practices. Identify site issues, resolve routine execution problems, and escalate technical or material-related concerns promptly. Maintain site records, attendance, work orders, and basic documentation as required.Required Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in civil construction / site supervision. Practical knowledge of major civil works, including RCC/concreting, brickwork, plaster, flooring, tiling, painting, andfinishing. Ability to understand civil drawings and take accurate site measurements. Good coordination, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Ability to manage labour and contractors and follow instructions from the project engineer / reporting manager. Basic reporting and documentation skills.EducationDiploma or Degree in Civil Engineering preferred. Candidates with strong practical site experience may also beconsidered.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
