Site Supervisor

Job Summary

Responsible for managing daily site activities, supervising construction and interior execution, coordinating labour and contractors, and ensuring timely completion of work as per approved drawings, quality standards, budget, and safety requirements for assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction and interior site activities.
• Manage labour allocation, attendance, productivity, and discipline.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily progress reports.
• Manage material requirements, deliveries, inventory, and wastage.
• Inspect workmanship and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Coordinate civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, tiling, painting, and other site activities.
• Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and proper housekeeping.
• Maintain labour, material, contractor, and site documentation.
• Track pending work, resolve site issues, and report delays to management.
• Assist with contractor bill verification, cost monitoring, snag-list closure, and project handover.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Relevant experience in construction or interior site management preferred.
• Knowledge of construction processes, interior execution, and technical drawings.
• Strong labour management and contractor coordination skills.
• Good communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of material estimation, measurements, and site reporting.
• Willingness to travel to assigned project sites as required.

Reporting Structure

Reports To: Project Manager / Management

Coordinates With: Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors, Labour Teams, Vendors, and Management.

Working Conditions & Engagement Terms

• This is a project-based contractual role, not a full-time or permanent position.
• Engagement will be based on specific projects and their execution requirements.
• Site visits and coordination will be required for the duration of the assigned project.
• Further project assignments may be offered depending on business requirements and performance.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
