Employee will be required to oversee the project sites and supervise the team including ordering materials, scheduling equipment maintenance as needed, and training new team members.

• Supervising and instructing the project team as well as subcontractors.
• Inspecting project sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential risks.
• Educating site workers on safety regulations and accident protocol.
• Maintaining an accurate record of site employees attendance.
• Evaluating the performance of site employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
• Analysing blueprints to ensure that projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
• Recommending changes to project operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
• Material and machine management on site
