Job Title: Site Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is completed according to project plans and schedules.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Coordinate with workers, contractors, vendors, and project managers.
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available at the site.
• Monitor work quality, safety standards, and compliance with company procedures.
• Prepare daily site visit reports and update management on project progress.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned work.

Eligibility and Skills

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field preferred.
• Previous experience in site supervision is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to different project sites as required.
• Ability to manage site activities independently.
