SITE SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily progress of construction activities to ensure adherence to plan, quality standard and safety protocols;
• Coordinate with sub-contractors, vendors and suppliers;
• Ensure that all materials delivered to site are as per approved specifications;
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols and site rules;
• Prepare and maintain site daily reports including attendance, work logs, deliveries, machinery and weather records;
• Report progress, delays and issues to superior.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent;
• 3-5 years of working experience in supervision of construction works;
• Computer literate and proficient in MS Office application;
• Proactive and effective personnel management skills;
• Strong attention to details and problem-solving skills;
• Willing to work on-site.
