Job summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Site Supervisor to oversee daily HR-related activities, coordinate employees, ensure compliance with company policies and support smooth site operations. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising employees and overseeing daily site operations.
• Monitoring staff attendance, punctuality, and performance.
• Coordinating staff deployment, work schedules, and shift assignments.
• Supporting employee recruitment, selection, and onboarding activities.
• Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Addressing employee concerns and resolving workplace issues.
• Improving staff productivity and ensuring smooth, efficient site operations.

Requirements:

• B.Sc./HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Good understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and recruitment processes.
• Ability to coordinate employees and manage HR-related activities effectively.
• Candidate's location must be Ibadan, Oyo State.
