Experience: Minimum 5 years in construction / piling / geotechnical works

Able to supervise site activities & coordinate with PM/consultant

Familiar with safety & site documentation

Contract: To be discussed

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Site Supervisor who is able to handle site documentation, supervise workers, and manage daily site operations efficiently.

The candidate must be responsible, able to communicate well with workers and management, and ensure all site activities are carried out smoothly and according to schedule.

Job Scope:

• Supervise daily site work and manpower
• Handle site documentation and reporting
• Monitor workers’ attendance and work progress
• Coordinate with subcontractors and management
• Ensure site safety and cleanliness
• Assist with material and equipment arrangement

Requirements:

• Experience in construction/site supervision
• Able to manage workers and site activities
• Basic knowledge of documentation and reporting
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently
• Good communication skills
