Site Supervisor

Overview
Lowry Building & Civil Engineering are seeking a Site Supervisor

Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee and coordinate site operatives, subcontractors, deliveries and daily work fronts.
• Ensure compliance with HSQE standards, RAMS, site rules
• Maintain daily records (site diary, labour, plant, progress) and report issues to the Site Manager/Contracts Manager.
• Assist in managing short‑term look‑ahead plans and resolving site‑based issues.
• Ensure workmanship meets specification, drawings and QA procedures. Promote a positive safety culture and help drive productivity on site.

Criteria:

• 5+ years experience in a foreman/working foreman role on commercial or education projects.
• NVQ/City & Guilds trade background or equivalent.
• CSR/CSCS card (supervisory level preferred)
• Full, clean driving licence
• Good communication and time/ resource management skills
• IT literate
