SIte Supervisor

We are looking for a hands-on and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities for our interior fit-out, commercial renovation and design & build projects across One Malaysia. You will ensure all site works are carried out in accordance with approved construction drawings, quality standards, safety regulations and project deadlines.

You will work closely with the project team, subcontractors, workers, suppliers and clients to maintain smooth site operation. You need to monitor workmanship quality, carry out regular site inspections, identify defects and coordinate rectification works promptly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily site operations to ensure project progress stays on track.
• Inspect workmanship and ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
• Enforce site safety rules and company SOPs at all times.
• Coordinate subcontractors, labourers and suppliers to maintain work quality and productivity.
• Monitor material delivery, usage and proper storage to control material wastage.
• Maintain site cleanliness and good housekeeping.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates and take site photos for project documentation.
• Attend site meetings, report on progress, highlight site issues and propose solutions.
• Liaise with Project Manager, QS, clients and consultants on all site-related matters.
• Assist in project handover and follow up defect rectification during the Defects Liability Period (DLP).

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years working experience in interior fit-out, renovation or construction industry.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings, layouts and technical specifications.
• Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-disciplined, able to work independently under tight schedules.
• Possess valid driving license and ready to travel to project sites.
• Fresh graduates with relevant construction/interior background and strong learning attitude are welcome to apply.
