What they need
The Site Supervisor will manage on-site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements. This role involves direct supervision of labor and coordination with engineers and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise site workforce and daily construction activities
- Ensure work execution follows drawings, specifications, and safety standards
- Manage manpower, materials, tools, and site logistics
- Monitor work progress and resolve on-site issues
- Maintain site discipline and safety compliance
- Report daily progress and challenges to the Site Engineer or Project Manager
Requirements & Skills:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in construction or engineering field
- Proven experience in supervising construction projects in the UAE
- Strong leadership and manpower-handling skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and site procedures
- UAE Valid Driving License is an advantage
