Site Supervisor

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Qualification: Diploma / ITI in Civil Engineering

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to manage daily site activities, supervise workers, and ensure construction work is completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project schedules. The candidate should have strong manpower management skills and be comfortable working night shifts as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil construction activities and ensure work progresses as per project plans.
• Manage labour, allocate daily tasks, and monitor workforce productivity.
• Read and understand civil drawings and ensure execution as per approved drawings.
• Check site measurements, quantities, and work progress.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, contractors, and other departments.
• Ensure construction work meets the required quality and safety standards.
• Monitor material usage and avoid unnecessary wastage.
• Maintain daily work progress reports and manpower attendance records.
• Handle labour-related issues and ensure proper workforce coordination.
• Supervise night-shift activities and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
• Report site progress, delays, and operational issues to the concerned engineer.

Eligibility Criteria

• Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in civil construction supervision.
• Experience in handling labour and managing site activities independently.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Willingness to work onsite at Mirzapur and supervise night-shift activities as required.
