Requirements:
- Bahasa Melayu, English or Tamil language skills preferred
Responsibilities:
- Site Progress Tracking: Visit assigned condo units regularly to monitor renovation, furnishing, and preparation timelines;
- Unit Logistics & Delivery Management: Coordinate and oversee the arrival, unboxing, and setup of all furniture, appliances, and amenities; verify delivery accuracy and ensure zero damage to the property or items.
- Defect Inspection & Quality Control: Conduct thorough walk-throughs of newly acquired or vacated units to identify, document, and report structural or cosmetic flaws (e.g., plumbing leaks, faulty appliances, wall scratches) before tenant check-in.
