Site Supervisor – Major Construction Project
Western Sydney | Contract Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join a major construction project in Western Sydney.

This is a contract opportunity suited to a hands-on Supervisor with experience coordinating trades and managing day-to-day site activities across large-scale commercial or industrial projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities on site
• Manage subcontractors, trades and site personnel to ensure works are completed efficiently
• Coordinate construction sequencing and activities in line with the project programme
• Monitor progress, productivity and quality of works
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Coordinate materials, deliveries and site logistics
• Identify and resolve day-to-day construction issues to minimise delays
• Work closely with the Site Manager and wider project team
• Maintain a strong focus on WHS, quality control and site compliance

We are looking for someone with:

• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Finishes Supervisor, Structures Foreman or in a similar supervisory role
• Experience across major commercial, industrial or infrastructure projects
• Strong subcontractor coordination and trade management skills
• The ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• A sound understanding of construction methodology, sequencing and programme requirements
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• A proactive, hands-on approach to site management
• Experience working on data centre projects highly regarded
