Your New Role

As a Site Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the successful delivery of major construction works, taking responsibility for a defined area of the project and ensuring daily operations run safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. Working alongside experienced Project Managers, Site Managers and subcontractors, you'll lead site activities, maintain momentum against programme milestones, and contribute to the successful delivery of a technically complex build.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily site activities within your designated area
• Manage and lead subcontractors and trades to ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently
• Ensure construction activities comply with drawings, specifications and quality requirements
• Drive and promote a strong safety culture across site operations
• Monitor programme delivery, sequencing and productivity to achieve key milestones
• Identify and resolve site-based issues while maintaining project momentum
• Maintain accurate site records, documentation and reporting
• Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years minimum experience in the construction industry
• A trade or construction management qualification and a proven background in commercial construction
• Proven experience working on large commercial construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications and site delivery practices
• Solid understanding of HSE requirements and quality standards
• Proven ability to lead trades and subcontractors on site
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
• Must have full working rights to be considered
